Operators training is inconsistent: one very good operator and terrible bad ones. When my patients have a question instead of answering they start reading all the information about my practice, without any punctuation, like a "marketing call". Messages came empty so I had to go over all the call recordings to obtain the information.

I lost a lot of patients because they referred to my website instead of booking appointments, which is the reason for which I had contracted the service to begin with.
