DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went to get my hair braided on April 1 2016, the braider given to me was a college student and older lady. The young lady must have been completely inexperienced as she braided my hair SO tight I had to take my braids out in less than 7 days of getting it done while on my family vacation! We had to end early and head back to Atlanta because of pain, brusing and swelling of my scalp. I called Sasha who's real name is NOT Sasha and told her what I was going thru. She advised me to stop by so she could see it. I showed her several pictures of my damaged scalp which I couldn't even style due to the pain. She told me my scalp was bleeding when they did my hair....which was a LIE!! There wasn't anything wrong with my scalp before I got my hair braided and IF that was true why didn't any of the ladies say anything, show me blood or mention anything about it. Also if it was bleeding why spray chemical on my scalp without asking me if I wanted it or acknowledged it wa bleeding at all prior to me leaving the shop? They didn't because it was not bleeding. To add insult the owner never apologize never offered ANY assistance and told me to basically deal with it. She didn't have any state license posted so I had to call the police to come out to the shop just so I could get her information to file a legal complaint. I have been getting braids for over 20years and never have this happened. If you don't want to go thru what I did STAY AWAY from this shop!!!!!

 Your REAL issue is this.......... I had to take my braids out in less than 7 days of getting it done.......YOU took the situation into your own hands instead of bringing the problem to them. At THAT point THEY think YOU are a scammer. Since there is NO PROOF other then YOUR WORD. Im sorry to say this but a customers word is about as reliable as a glass with holes in it. A customer will LIE straight to your face to get their way. A customer will act like a spoiled CHILD and throw a temper tantrum to get their way. Its unfortunate but even the customers KNOW that the customer is NEVER right, which is WHY they do these things.

So in YOUR case because YOU removed the braids outside of their shop without them to verify that WHAT you were experiencing was ACTUALLY happening then THEY are under ZERO obligation to do anything for YOU. YOU can throw as much of a tantrum online and in their shop as YOU like, it STILL wont change the outcome. In the future if YOU are having that much of an issue, let THEM take the braids out so its THIER fault and NOT yours. By taking the braids out a week after getting them it looks to THEM that YOU just changed your mind and NOW want the money back for the FASHION MISTAKE you made. If it was as tight as YOU CLAIM then wouldn't you have gone back sooner then a week?? Just some common sense questions really. Wouldn't you have just taken some Ibuprofin until you COULD get back to their shop?
