Satori Spa Valerie Walters, owner Cheat, thief, and liar Sarasota, Florida
The owner is a thief, cheat, and liar, who took $180 of my money knowing it was all I had, in exchange for NOTHING. It appears that she is has become more emboldened by the fact that she gets away w/ it. She actually threatened to call the police on me when I asked for my money back when cheated out of $180 on gift certificates. I actually was going to swallow $30 just cause.
She also played major games w/ the court mediator to act as though she were satisfying the agreement to give me a refund and did not. She has this racket of hers down to an art and I read she says it's "in the contract". Not at all. Deranged woman who makes out her thievery to be the other client's fault. Run, don't walk.
