Saturn is a ripoff that screwed me over twice. Oxnard, California
They embrace the word CONSUMER FRAUD .....
I was screwed over by Saturn twice. The first time I bought a used car from them that still had a warranty, only to find that when I went to get my oil changed the entire bottom was smashed underneath. We I brought it back to Saturn they refused to take the lemon back, which damaged my credit. My warrenty had expired two days earlier, but I had to bring the car back to them for repairs many times.
The second problem I had was with Saturn of Oxnard. I was interested in a Saturn Vue. They ran my credit, gave me a paper with the Vin of the car and all other information to get insurance. I got insurance drove the one hour drive to get there, only to be told, your not approved for this car.
The manager of the Saturn company looked at my application, and said" I can tell just by looking at this one bank will approve you." Afterward they tried to push this ugly Ford on me. I told them I didn't like the inside, in which I was then told " that's what seat covers are for." They would not have said that to someone who was older, it's age discrimanation. Saturn does not back up it's motto.
