Save Ave , lied to me, ripped me off, told me no refund, gave me the run around Phoenix Arizona
I was told that after 1 year I could get a refund of my money if I had not sold at least that much. If there were sales, I would be refunded the diference. I recieved my packet, I read over everything, I returned necessary forms. I advertised as instructed. When the sales were not happening I started to contact them. The operator would say "1 Year" everytime. I did this several times. I even sent emails which were never responded to.
After the year, I contacted them again. This is when I got the run around. I was told I needed to talk to certain people only to find out they were the wrong person, or they no longer worked for the company.
Finally I got to talk to someone in the department that does the refunds. I was told they had not recieved my forms for taxes. I told them that I had sent them. She requested me to do so again. I explained that I no longer had the originals, I did have my copies. She gave me a fax # to send them to. I did so, contacted her back, & had to talk to someone else. I was then told it was too late, & "These are your copies"...I said yes, I explained again to her. She still said that it was too late. She said they needed them to figure my earnings. I could not understand. I told them I would contact an attorney. (This has gone on for over a year.
In February it will have been 2 years since I signed on with them). I have, but there is a stumbling block. We have run into a dead end. The letters that have been mailed have not been returned nor have they been responded to. The phone #'s are no longer any good. In looking for new information I ran across you.

I have been told by my attorney that there is a lawsuit going on against Save Avenue as we speak!!!. He has been in contact with the District Attorney's office in Arizona. Will let you know more as I learn more.
