The company's response is an even bigger lie. I never ever received any email from them saying "inactivity". They actually never sent me email since my account had 25.xx dollars. They possibly only send to those whose account really expires for 6 months with very little amount of money accumulated. I am 100% possitive my account did not expire as their rule says and they never sent to me any email about inactivity.

When I was ordering Comcast internet service they said I am eligible for $100 dining card and I was directed to saveology. They opened account, I never received $100 card. The coupons they offer you can find it from free web pages. There is nothing special about their services. I decided to cancel my account. Contact us section has just an email form which they never reply or call you back. And intentionally they don't put their phone number on internet.
I found their phone number from some other site. I called them the agent asked me to email my cancellation request to [email protected] This email bounces back. I called her back, they never response. I think once you call for cancellation, they are marking your phone number, then when you call from the same number they never response, you are just listening their music for 12 minutes or so then dead silent.
THEY are not reachable. I am not able to cancel my account with them. Only solution is cancelling your credit card associated with your Saveology account.

I advise others experiencing this fraud/scam to contact the phone number on the back of the debit or credit card that received the 39.99 charge and file a dispute. Most banks will refund the money right away and advise that you cancel the card that was used and they will send you a new card with a new 16 digit card number in the mail. Always ask your bank for help as soon as you can, especially when you feel like you have been or will be robbed.

Actually I had called AT&T for Customer Service , at the end of the call they said I will be some kind of reward card . I thought it will be from at&t but it was transferred to some other company which I don't know . The person said I will gonna get 100$ reward card which I can swipe it in Wallmart or use it for dining discounts . He said , he just needs my card details for 4.95$ which will be used for shipping the card . After I gave my card details he said I will get an email for the card and I have subscribed for magazine which I dont wanted to .
I was like being cheated by the person I was not informed about any magazine before I pay money . I checked my email it was magazineco subscription . I called them they said they can't refund money . In order to avoid 39.99$ deduction at end of the 30th day . I have to call them once again after 10 days to cancel subscription . I don't understand what to do now . I am a international student and I am worried that they might again cheat me and take all money in my account . Please anyone suggest how to go about this .
