After being forced to sell my home due to threats of foreclosure last year, I found a buyer for my property to salvage my future. Saxon accepted the buyer's offer but delayed the closing for over 6 months, until the buyer lost his patience and bailed. Saxon was then able to file another foreclosure on my property. Don't expect there to be any solution to a resolution with Saxon Mortgage (aka Wells Fargo Bank) once they start fighting with you about your home.

Hi my name is mike. I am from massillon ohio. saxon morgage is doing the same thing to me. I have tried to make it right with them, but there so called representatives seem to just screw it up. I have proof of my payments but they seem to just want extra money or my home. These people need to stop ripping hard working americans off. I am in the process of retaining an attorney to help me in this matter. Please feel free to keep me informed in your case.

Saxon Mortgage Services bought my loan from Wells Fargo bank, who bought my loan from First Franklin Direct. Saxon Mortgage services has prematurely put my loan into foreclosure status on two separate occasions. Upon doing so, they added thousands of dollars in unexplained fees to my loan, which I am expected to pay or suffer default status. They have irreparably damaged my credit rating so that I can not secure refinancing. As a result of Saxon Mortgage's unscrupulous business tactics, I now owe more on my home than I originally paid for it. They are forcing me into either bankruptcy or loss of my home, because they have refused to accept my mortgage payments since September 2005, and have charged me such exorbitant erroneous fees in addition to what I legitimately owe them, making it impossible for me to repay them. Regardless of the number of times that I have tried to work out a repayment plan with them over the past few months, and the fact that I have ample income to cover my mortgage payments, they refuse to come to any repayment agreement with me and have asked me for a deed in lieu of sale. Their rude, condescending, and contemptuous employees call my cell phone up to 3 times daily regardless of the fact that I have requested that they do not do so. They have successfully managed to psychologically torment me for months, causing a great deal of stress that has disrupted my entire life. I cannot afford an attorney, and I refuse to be forced into filing bankruptcy. I am currently being forced to sell my home at a ridiculously reduced sale price to expedite a sale in an effort to avoid foreclosure. I have no where to move to and will not net a penny from the sale of my home. I have found numerous instances that prove that they are doing the same thing to many other people. Do not under any circumstances do business with this company. If there is anything that anyone can do to help before I lose my home, please let me know. Thank You
