I worked hard for the company for 3 years, built a loyal work force and because business was bad and my services were not needed, my severance deal was no-pay for my entire last month, which was November2016. Talk about the Grinch Who Stole Christmas!
Instead of being a mature professional adult about parting ways, the owner got real nasty and personal and took it upon himself not to pay me out.
