When loooking into program it sounded very unique. I was able to speak with someone on a regular basis, after the purchase I was emailed with a name of one individual that I could contact with questions. This person had to be contacted via email with any problems. I chose the payment plan because I was afraid this wold happen, I started the process right a way. After completing out dated papers, you could save and store them to your computer. This required you to buy another service to change them to pdf to be sent back to sbaeasy. After completing papers and emailing them, I got a response that said after review you will be contacted within 10 business days No contact for 3 weedks, when payment was due again I got a respone stating, my report would be ready in 2 to 3 days. Payment gotten, I got an email saying all paper work had to be done again, I called and requested to cancel my services and was told I had to email customer service by email to do. I hope more people speak up about this company and others stay away from them.
