SBBT/Rapidtax.comSBBT/Rapidtax.com Holding Up My Federal Tax Refund Money Louisville California

SBBT,I just read on this rip-off report today...saying my not getting my Federal Tax refund that I filed through Rapidtax.com on January 12, 08 is not their fault!??? When today is February 21, 08 and I am still having trouble getting my money! Most all what I read today is soooo not true!

I talk with a Bill Veldhuyzen from rapidtax.com; said to be the owner{whom today I believe is really trying to help get me my money} he called me on the 12th. of February He told me the check (?) that SBBT suppose to have mailed out January 24th. to my address had been returned, and he certified mail to me another on the 11th. of February he gave me the tracking number(7007 3020 0001 8158 2217) which when I call USPS they did not have a trace by that number and told me to call back Friday 15th.

This I did{still nothing} so I called first Bill back and he told me to give it some more time{as you may guess by now Iam getting fed-up with the waiting game}...same day Friday 15th. my mailman delivered the certified check...I am on my way to work by 3:pm...I go to and deposit the check around 4:30 pm in my account...there's a wait to clear by Monday, and Monday being a holiday I had to wait more days longer...by Tuesday 19th. my bank calls me and said there's still a hold cause they are waiting for a clearance from SBBT...then about less then 20 minutes later my bank calls me again saying they lifted the hold off cause the check look like it's good and that I could start using the account right away.

This I did...I wrote checks for bills and withdrew cash...then yesterday I get a call from my bank saying that the check #10275782 (7007 3020 0001 8158 2217) SBBT stopped payment on! I called SBBT talk with a Mike #6605 02/20/08. Mike tells me among other stuff that Bill {rapidtax}issued another certified check that was remailed to me on the 19th., Feb. is one of the reasons why the first certified check was voided. That I may have to wait some 5-10 business days more that I may get that.

I called Bill Veldhuyzen back, he did not understand why SBBT told or done that. So Bill has been communicating back from calling me and SBBT trying to get a solution and getting my money to me today 02/21/08{He has not gotten any success from SBBT, who's claiming "It's Not Their Fault!" Everytime {this is very much alot} I call SBBT/Rapidtax.com I get from the different Cust. Support a veriety of excuses and reasons I have not gotten my check, now more new ones of why my check was voided by SBBT{very little is of the truth}. If I don't get a good check to me by the end of this week...You will see the Hand of GOD against you unmercifully. Amen!

Finally Loosed But Suffered Lost

Tue, February 26, 2008

February 22,08 I finally recieved my remains of the Federal refund check from SBBT after their deductions. I call Bill Veldhuyzen{Rapidtax.com} to let him know I had recieved the check and make sure it was the right one this time{the one SBBT sent out to me on January 24th was not}. I immediately took the suppose to be good check to my bank...this began more difficulties increase from SBBT. The relationship banker Stacey whom assisted me where I bank found out first hand the troubling experience I got from SBBT cust. care support tech. It took Stacey & I to be placed on hold and hung up on, five times over an hour before we got help from SBBT tech. SBBT told us the {suppose to be good} check that SBBT re-sent out to me February 19th{ I recieved 02/22/08} was also not valid! That the authorization number was correct but not the check number, so I was confronted with more waiting on possibly getting a good check. Stacey ask the fourth SBBT tech. if they could electronically the money right then...again we were put on a very long hold...then the connection went out (???). The Check I had deposit on February 15, from SBBT {my bank & I believing it to be good} cause major damage to my account finances. So we really needed the money ASAP! Stacey & I call back to SBBT the finale time with more holding...then we recieved the correct okay code for the check. Today is February 26, 08 I am just able to use what's left of my Federal Refunds...damaged tremedously...filing fees, service fees, over-drafts, gas, supplies, time & energy, pain & suffering. I will say Bill Veldhuyzen{Rapidtax.com} since I first start talking with him around the last part of January, has done his very best to make things right and get my money to me...with his apologies and return fees of $109.cents I recieved...Thank You.
