Heather? I'm a bit confused that your letter title. Which has SBC but you say you were billed by Verizon. Anyway, do what I did and see if you get any response. Write them an e-mail to ripoffreport.com [DELETED] and tell them in a pleasant manner your problem and ask for advice how to resolve this issue. I got a reply in one day and another in two days.
