Complaint Review: SBS Fun Family Rewards/ Stoneridge Benifits Services - Plano Texas

I just tried the credit services with JCPenny and your suggestion doesn't work. They had no idea what I was talking about and wanted to transfer me to Fun Family Rewards and I have already talked to them 3 times today. By the way...FF told me that they would NOT credit my credit card account since I didn't notice the charge for a couple of months. SO Great...I get charged 9.95 for NOTHING. That is a new twist in retail sales!
