There are moderators on the take of them Mentioning not seeing any misconduct on the forum. Moderators must be blind to the facts and truth. George Lamonte does not care about running a fraud reporting forum ethically.
There are some moderators on the forum involved in Pryamid schemes. You can see by their actions that Pryamid promoters are protected on the forum and allowed to recruit unsuspecting newbies on the forum.
Some have been harrassed and even kicked of the forum for exposing frauds and scams.
George Lamonte of Excalibyte Inc. is the sole owner of Domain name SCAM.COM apparently has turned into a link farm of Pryamid schemes and scams. Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to an unanswered complaint.
I feel the general public should be alerted about this unscrupulous company and forum. Their is no shortage of liars promoting scams on that forum.

How owning pornographic websites means you're not a nice guy? I'm not saying George is a nice guy, but I don't see how him owning porn sites equates to him not being a nice guy.
There are plenty of legitimate complaints to make about the direction that scam.com has taken. Personally, I don't think the owner being involved with porn as one of them.

What is really hysterical, is that George, who uses the name Zachery on this site (((Redacted))), (he actually has more than one screen name on scam) came on the site today becuase so many long time posters are leaving and one of them started a thread there about quitting and other members agreed and have quit the site. Then George, aka Zachery comes on and claims (that is LIES) not to be the owner. ROTFL! Everyone who is a former or current Moderator and most long time posters knows the truth about George aka/Zach and the word is spreading all over the net on various sites and blogs and it's also talked about in a thread about (((Redacted))) on the (((Redacted))) website. Look for the thread and read the comments from members and moderators who left the forum. The jig is finally up George/aka Zach. You should have stuck to porn!

First off, people should know that George is not some nice guy trying to save consumers from anything. He has lots of porn sites on the internet. Scam.com used to be a porn site! That's credibility for you! He has even allowed NN (Naked News) to come to Scam and spam several forums daily with dozens of posts, for the last two weeks. Anything to make a buck.
He couldn't care less about this site. He has deleted and removed many threads exposing scams with no explaination whatsoever, even when he was contacted by his Mods. Speaking of the Mods, he rarely responds to them. He is almost never at the site either. Recently, he allowed one of the biggest phoniest, scamming liars and frauds in the MLM industry to not only become a Mod on Scam, but he made him an Administrator! Thare was a long standing thread, actually two threads on the forum-one about this MLM rip-off phony MLMer and one about his latest scam MLM. He threatened George and George caved like the girl that he is. The thread about the scammer was deleted and the thread about his scam was locked. Since that time 4, count them 4 of the best Mods that Scam ever had, who moderated the MLM forum and had been there for years, all quit because of the Owner's actions! Does he care? NO! Then the Owner banned two of them with NO explaination. He never even answered their PMs or emails either. Now the Scammer MLM Admin is destorying the forum, banning long time anti-MLM scam buster members and is removing posts on a daily basis, threatening members and deleting threads and George allows this. Several long time scam busting quality members have left the site, some rarely post and some have been banned without cause. Yet the new MLM scammer allows all the other pro MLM rip off posters to post and troll the forum at will.
That folks is the truth. The entire site is going down the toilet fast and the owner couldn't care less. Long time great posters have even left the other forums on his site as well and the traffic is way down. It is no longer the the site it used to be (which was due to the Members and the great Mods and not the owner who was rarely there, to begin with). Don't waste your time even going there.

For the record I would like to first say I am personally a huge fan of ripoffreport.com. You are braver and bolder than me. Your level of integrity far outweighs me.
Secondly, I'd like to go on record stating my motivation for starting scam.com:
I have gotten ripped off and scammed more times than a human eye blinks in a day. I wanted a place to rant, a place to be heard. I am a very skilled SEO webmaster and knew that my cries would be heard.
BUT WE ALL KNOW THERE'S TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY.
Scam.com was supposed to be a forum to openly debate; call companies out; keep the internet IN CHECK. Self-police if you will. Listen to ALL sides.
It turned into a monster that was tough to control. The site got hacked and attacked hundreds of times. The legal fees far outweighed any revenue it brought in. The real heroes of the site are the moderators. THEY keep the site somewhat pure (sometimes they use their own agenda), but at the end of the day, I owe them alot of praise. (Hopefully this rant will inspire them to see my point of view).
Do I like Google adwords?..... no, but that's the only way I can keep the site up. I have been in the negative for some years now. The last guy sold it to me with pending lawsuits. A wise man once said, "you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet ", and scam.com is the case. I can't make everyone happy. I CAN OFFER FREEDOM OF SPEECH though. Only the ignorant complain. People that are truly open minded are not phased by a difference of opinion, they welcome intellectual debate.
I manage thousands of websites. Some I am proud of, other's I am not. SCAM.COM will be my most proudest project even if it makes me homeless. I believe that the United States is the greatest country in the world, where anyone can achieve ANYTHING with hard work. I believe George Bush Jr should be sentenced to death for war crimes and lying to the American people. I believe Obama is the light at the end of the tunnel, if people would just EDUCATE themselves on ISSUES, not Republican propaganda.
So what I am saying is: leave me out of this, let the site go in the direction it needs to. i will be putting a "?" at the end of my logo and state that "websites listed on scam.com do not necessarily mean they are scams, you decide".
Here's my rebuttal, take it or leave it.
