Dude...here’s what you do.
IMMEDIATELY, take all the information you have on this scamming sucka to your nearest police station and ask/insist that you speak to a detective. Be sure that you take this guy’s phone number so that they can trace it. Then you and the cops can go to this guy’s house and they will arrest him for not returning your money.
I mean, this is America...you have a right to get your hard earned $$s back! When you order something and they don’t deliver the goods, call the cops!
YOU DESERVE TO GET YOUR $$S BACK!

....contacted the police to report: [1] They were ripprd off and didn't get the drugs they
paid for, [2]Complained they received baby laxitive rather than the promised drugs,
[3] Drugs stolen by street people. These were actual reported police incidents.
.
The poilce in general aren't the sharpest pencils in the box, but fortunately there are law breakers equally as dumb. Otherwise arrests would drop dramatically.

I hope the person who sold you the Social Security number was actually an undercover police officer. I'm sure you'll get what's coming to you then.
The only reason you would want to purchase someone elses social security or account numbers (identity theft) is so you can steal from someone else.

So, let me get this straight. You were engaged in an illegal act, and got ripped off.Are you really so stupid that you can't see the problem here?
Here's an idea! File a police report, and then a small claims lawsuit.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Idiot.

That you tried to buy social security numbers and were ripped off? If that is the case, then GOOD! I'm glad you got ripped off.
