I found this patient advocate site online, and called and spoke to the people there, they explained that it was a 50.00 enrollment fee and 35.00a month thereafter. This was in July and it is now August 8, 2017 and I have not gotten any services from this company. I keep getting letters from the drug manufacturer that say, there is no enrollment fee for this service, but I should have contacted Astra Zeneca myself. I keep getting the run around from this company and have received no services for the price. I keep calling, and the customer service rep tells me the same line, that I was told the week before. I would not use this complany. this company should be reported to the fraud unit of their state.
