SCE&G deposit ripoff columbia south carolina
Sce&g can and does automatically add unnecessary deposit charges to your bill..then they apply payments for electrical use to this fraudulent deposit instead of electrical charges... Good old boy politics allow this through the PSC of s.c. power corrupts. Shame on sce&g!
