Scenbird's ads used to be all over Facebook, and I opened an account.  Two months of their subscription were delivered (though taking forever) and now the third month was charged in August and a month later not delivered.

Their claim is is that they're moving facilities, oh so sorry, bear with us (yeah right...).  A quick check of their Facebook site and you see apparently NOBODY is getting product, though everybody has been charged.  The BBB also has this company on a hotlist because of all the complaints they're receiving on Scentbird.

There is no way to phone anyone, and their customer service vendor has stopped replying to emails at all.  I've charged back this missing shipment thru Discover and cancelled my account.  Anyone on Scentbird needs to do the same.  Money will be taken for nothing.  I've also alerted the BBB, Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and have reached out to the attorney general in the state they supposedly do business out of.  This many people being ripped off seems to indicate they're nothing more than a scam, and this "we're moving our facility" is nothing more than putting more time on the clock to get money out of people and deliver nothing.
