Schuyler Jackson / LaToya Clark Save My Home USA. I was told that they had a 4% loan for us or at the highest 5% and all we were waiting for was the ok from the bank and they had taken the last payment on 07/29/2009 of 950.00. They wanted to make sure we got a great loan because of all the bad paper we had with our first loan. Madison Heights, Michigan ,
My husband and I are in chapter 13 .And we where having a hard time making all the payments and our home that we paid 440.000.00 in 2006 is now worth 167.000.00
we were told that we could apply for a loan modification ,we called the bank and hit ca gov.org and I answer a few questions and 2 days later the phone rang and that is how I met Mr. Jackson . After 4 or 5 weeks later and the fact that CBS and MSNBC endorsed them We said lets do this my husband had not been working for over 7 months and we were going to lose the house. They were so kind and called to let me know that all was going well and the underwriters had the loan and they took a payment for the house again and we are just abut done and that is the last I heard .
On Friday the 28 we were told we need to pay 8,818.12 plus in late payments or start packing because the bank is taking the house on the 3 rd of sept. How nice our son will start school from his new home in the park.
