Schwa Yang Unable to Reach Poor Fish to return Merchandise Ballwin, MO Internet
I recently received a merchandise that I purchased online from Poorfish. The merchandise was not satisfactory to me. So, I decided to send it back. Poor Fish offered a "No-Hassle return policy" and gave me a web address on my invoice to go see it return policy. I typed the web address as shown, "www.poorfish.com/t-returns.aspx". That address was not found. Instead, it took me to Disney Company website. I was able to locate a phone number for Poorfish on the RipOff website. When I called that number, my call went straight to viocemail that said, "Concor Sports". Now, I'm stuck with this merchandise and have no way to return it. And even if I can return it, I'm afraid they will just be happy keep my merchandise and money too. So, all I can advise your future buyers out there is to beware if you plan to buy stuffs online from Poorfish. Good luck
