In addition to all of the other dysfunctional factors of the company, there is also the following to take into consideration...it explains it all!
1. The owners ex-wife is the HR Manager
2. The owners ex-sister-in-law is the COO
3. The owners adopted and inexperienced son is the Director of Sales nationwide
The only other people you usually see getting accolades and MAJOR promotions in that company are either family members or close friends of the Scibal or Basil families.
