Scioto County Ohio Court, Judge Spears, Judge Crow, Judge Kirsch, Magistrate Willis, Catherine Heid They Support Child Abusers Portsmouth Ohio
Scioto County, OH court only grants custody to proven child abusers. One mother who is awared full custody moved in 3 states in 3 years, allows her father to sexually abuse her daughter, beats her children constantly, neglects the children & has even stabbed her daughter. The courts refuse to submit or listen to any evidence. They have neglected these children for years & know that the father has a good reason to launch a lawsuit against Scioto County, not to mention they will lose child support collection. So, they refuse visitation to the father, grant the mother full custody so she can abuse the children in silence & no one will know or care. They won't even order counseling or hold the mother accountable for disobeying the court.
This happened to a good mother. Her son was nearly murdered by the biological father several times. The father has been in & out of psychiatric wards & has threatened to murder the mother. The father frequently moves, much like the mother in the top paragraph. In an ex-parte conversation between the Judges & Catherine Heid, the child was given to the father. The child demonstrates frequent illness, apathy, & is even regressing. Again, the father disobeys court orders & nothing is done to him. The child is to remain primarily in the father's care.
The Judges all have ex-parte conversations with Catherine Heid. They refuse to do anything to hold her clients accountable for thier abuse of the children, courts & the former spouses/lovers. Her clients are usually abusers. Ohio attorney general, the Disciplinary Counsel of Ohio & the FBI have been notified of the disregard Scioto County shows to the federal & state systems. There are many more stories like these, but Scioto County people are afraid of speaking out against the status quo due the mysterious deaths of most people who question Scioto County justice.

Catherine Heid is an attorney and is suppose to represent the best interest of her client. How can you condemn someone for doing the job they were hired to do? Sounds to me as if you don't have all your facts or are you just not reporting all the facts?
