Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I am a bed ridden person who have Home Health Aides do all of my mailings for me by the Post Office as they are not allowed to use my computer. I do not have a printer to download anything and they o not come near my computer. I mainly use my computer to play games and sometimes order my medications, or just to talk to a few of my friends that I can not get to see. I think this company is preying on defenseless disabled people who they think that we do not know what we are doing nor check our bank statements. They used a debit card that do not belong to me and has been destroyed a week ago. There are a lot of companies out there that are tryimg to rip us disabled people off, and those on a fixed income. I think someone should make them pay us back double the money they stole from us!!! Is there anyone else who feels the way I do? I really hope there is an attorney out there that will help those of us who have been ripped off by this "company". I wonder how many of us were targeted when we were not even on our computers? I know I'm not on it all the time as I am on a lot of medications that make me sleep due to a neuromuscular disease, and this is not the first company that has done this to me, I will bet there are others who have also been taken advantage of, I have ordered books, and shampoo from the Internet, but that is all.

This company probably did not sign you up

A lot of these companies that mysteriously end up on your statement are not the one who signed you up. I am not defending this company, but just letting you know it may be coming from somewhere else. You said it is a Debit card and you have used it on-line to purchase items. Quite often these on-line stores will offer you some "special" after you make your purchase. Sometimes it is obvious, sometimes it is not. If you are not careful you click on the wrong thing and you have just signed yourself up. Then a month later when you get the bill you have no idea how they signed you up. What you should do is call up this company and ask for the source company(the company that actually signed you up). Do not be surprised if you trace it back to an on-line purchase you made from another business.
