Scooter Wizard ripoff dishonest fraud theft Platsburg New York
I called this company up in Dec. 2003 and was looking for an electric scooter for my 10 year old. They said they could help me and as soon as they received my money, they would have the scooter sent before Christmas.
Well, my money order was cashed on Dec. 9th, but I did not receive a scooter and my son did not get that present.
I contacted this company a couple of times in January and February with no reply. I contacted the BBB with no reply from this company. I contacted this company in March and in April. Still no reply. I don't know what to do next.
These people cashed my money order for $129.00 and did not send me a scooter or my money back. I don't understand how someone can do that at Christmas when they indeed knew what it was for.
