Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

"ScoreSence"; a company that is suppose to monitor your credit, show you your credit reports, scores, help with disputes, etc. is "A TOTAL BOGUS RIP OFF".... first off know that when you pay that $1.00 it is only a trial and you will be billed $29.95 if you don’t cancel within the trial period.

Which brings me to this; when you call to cancel do not fall for the okay and thank you for using ScoreSence, please except a complimentary month of ScoreSence and take advantage of all that we have to offer. IT'S A TRAP...... yes, that one complimentary month is free, but if you agree to take them up on that “complimentary month” they fail to tell you in no shape form or fashion you are canceled. YOU WILL be billed the following month. Why you say? Because if you except that complimentary month You Are Not Canceled. Don't fall for it. Do Not except anything complimentary; demand a confirmation of cancelation immediately. Better yet, just don't go there in the first place.

Unfortunately, I fell for the complimentary month scam. I noticed after receiving emails from them literally every day the emails had stopped, so I assumed my month of “complimentary” service had ended. When my credit card was billed the second time for $29.95 I called back and spoke to Miranda (the same person I spoke with the first time I called to cancel) and when I told her of the charge to my credit card she was shocked and so disappointed that the person I spoke with the first time I called to cancel did not explain clearly that if you except the “complimentary month” the service stays in affect and will be billed the following month.

Miranda told me after she submitted her notes it could take 2 or 3 business day’s for the corporate office to receive and make a decision, then 5 to 7 business days to reimburse my credit card; “if” it was approved. I immediately, within minutes of hanging up with Miranda received an email telling me my request had been denied because I did not cancel within the appropriate time frame.

I did however receive a cancelation confirmation immediately following. Now I feel the necessity to cancel that particular credit card; ScoreSence cannot be trusted with such personal information, nor do I trust them to not charge me again at their convenience. Total Ripoff....

Thank you Ripoff Report for letting me share my disaster.
