Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I signed up for Scoresense last year when I was in the process of looking for an apartment.  I have been paying for their services for a year and each month I would log in to update my credit score which was reported at a 724.   When I called to cancel my services I was offered the exactly the same plan at only $7.95 a month.  This was a huge reduction from the $19.95.  However when I decided that I did not want, I was then offered the bare minimum which included the $1,000,000. insurance plan for identity theft.  However, when I received the email confirming this plan the identity plan was not mentioned.  When I called for a confirmation of this, I was first advised that because I had the trial plan that I did not have it, then it was corrected and said that I did have it and all I had to do was log into the website to verify it, and then I was told that they did not understand why that information was not available on the website but it was part of all of their packages.  Still concerned I called the following day again.  I informed the CSR that most insurance companies provided me with an email or an attachment which verifies that I have this coverage, how much and the instructions on how to access it if needed.  They were not open to submitting something to me in writing which confirmed this service.  The final straw was when I applied for a credit score to apply for a new apartment.  The 3-score report indicated that my score from Experian (the same credit reporting company  scoresense reports from) was not 724 but 629.  This is 95 points lower than they were reporting.  I was extremely upset that I had been paying this service for an entire year and they were reporting an incorrect score, advertising something that they were not willing to verify in writing, and also if they were able to offer the service at $7.95 a month, why were they charging me $19.95 per month.  If you are looking for your true credit score, I would recommend contacting the agencies directly yourself.
