2 weeks before the monies were taken from my account I had called Scoresense to confirm that they had NO INFORMATION on me whatsoever. The cs representsative said he couldn't find ANYTHING AT ALL and it appeared I never had had an account with them. He asked me everything but my hair color and he told me that there was no information that he was able to pull up on me. With that I felt confident that there weren't going to be any problems. I never saw any information about a trial period etc...

2 weeks later there was $39.95 withdrawn from my debit card. I was livid and called immediately and told "Cathy" about the phone conversation I had had with the company 2 weeks prior. She wasn't able to pull anything up on me either but they sure were able to get my money from my debit card. I demanded a refund and she submitted a refund request to the corporate office. 2 days later I received an email from Scoresense telling me that my refund was refused because I requested the refund after the billing date. I have sent another email to them demanding a refund and I told them they had made a mistake. I have yet to hear anything from them to date.
