Scott Capriglione Non Responsive Ewing, New Jersey
MR. Capriglione is not a reliable attorney by any means. He is not representing me but my ex husband. He was supposed to respond to my motion and did not do it in the time allowed and had the audacidy to request an adjournment so he could respond.
He has also not respond to my many requests to submit documentation for the trial and will undoubtly request a postponement on that as well.
I suggest to everyone who is or was his client and has been "screwed" over to file complaints with the bar association and the Abritration Committee to try to get some of your money back.
How this man can call himself an advocate for fathers is beyond me. I am only a first year paralegal student and I know more of what to do than he does.
Good luck to all of you who have posted complaints here and I hope you have or will file complaints against this man!
