Scott Goodin Heating & Air Mr. Goodin was hired to perform heating and air conditioning work at our place of business. After he received our deposit of $3900.00, he immediately cashed the check at our local bank and we never h Blanchester, Ohio
We had a fire in July of 2009 at our place of business. Mr. Goodin showed up shortly after claiming he was state certified in HVAC work, and would like to offer a bid on the work that needed to be done.
After speaking with Mr. Goodin several times, we came to a decision in September of 2009, and accepted his bid to perform all necessary work. Mr. Goodin requested a deposit in the amount of $3900.00 to begin the project.
We wrote him a check, he immediately went to our local bank, CASHED the check, and we never heard from him again.
He would never answer any of our phone calls, letters, etc.
Mr. Goodin is a con man. He had no intention of ever performing any work at our business, and in addition, he is NOT state certified and therefore cannot work on business property in the state of Ohio.
