Scott Goodin has taken us for $1000. You give him the work then he never shows up. Or he gives a million excuses as to why he hasn't started the job. He has taken numerous people you can visit the civil court cases against him for Warren County http://www.co.warren.oh.us/clerkofcourt/, Clinton County http://www.clintonmunicourt.org/search.html, Brown County & Highland County. If you don't file a civil suit against him because you feel it isn't worth it, at least file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General Offices. Once they receive so many complaints they will send an investigator out to investigate his practices. This gentleman needs to go to jail and think about all the people he is ripping off.
