Scott Harkness contacted me that another client backed out of a deal he was going to do and he said he was going to lose thousands and he would give me their awareness program which was already paid for at a greatly reduced cost. He promised massive exposure on over 15 web sites and his other vast contacts.
After we agreed on terms I wired him the cash. Right after that I got excuses every day why he did not start the awareness campaign. He did nothing at all just kept the money and ran plain and simple. I cant explain it any better than that. I got nothing for the thousands we wired him absolutely nothing.
Then he tried to turn this around on me, however "I paid him" to provide a service that never came and "I have the paper trail of proof which I will be posting online." He has every excuse in the book all prepared.
Guys like him ruined this business for the honest players like myself. I expect him to respond to this report like he did on another report. I cant wait to read his lies. He got me dont let him get you.
Lastly what does it tell you if a guy has "multiple reports" made out on him. I wish I would have discovered this earlier.

This is so laughable, I have never done any business of any kind with any of the tickers you mentioned or the names you mention. I am always totally transparent and have credible references. Because of these reports listed by myself and many others about you Scott Harkness many potential victims have been saved.
So Scott Harkness, what do you have to say about Larry Kristof (MVTG) I got a call from this guy not even 1 week ago saying you ripped him off for $2500. I urged Larry to file a report on you too. Guys like you have ruined this business for the ones who operate in an ethical manner. So many people are looking for you I cant wait until you get caught!

I have been holding this email in my drafts after we talked the 1st time about DRWN , MWKI and FWDG......You must think I'm an idiot well I was just seeing how far I could get into the ASTROM world ..it's a place of people who have be "Scammed" people ...No doubt literally 1000's of people . Your a part of this and you have the nerve to call me on some stupid ripoffreport post wrote by a liar who took the majority of the money himself and put the blame on me and I had no idea he was posting crap about me to cover his own a** (Marc Campos -Jaw Dropping Stocks)
By an attorney who does treats his companies like his own personal ATM and paid me on only three fourths of of the total cost of the awareness program and then wanted me to share with my network of investors a company who was halted by the SEC on the morning we were to start . (richard Surber) Then after I had paid for that he wanted me to switch over to NEXIA Holdings a company he owns and has issued more stock than
That you could paper the moon with it ....A company he had hired me countless times to work prior.
Then a man who had a good friend of his pay me because he had money then weeks into it and several more payments from his friend (why would they hire me consistently if I was doing a poor job ?) So instead of paying his friend back which was the agreement he stiffed him and blamed me for it ...,I do not need to say his name simple deduction can give you the answer .
You have the nerve to call me and question me on my ethics , how much does Richard Astrom pay you to pimp his deals ? I hope it's worth it . Every deal he does ends up in the same way : In the toilet with a mountain of investors decimated and holding the bag and Richard Astrom and his crew millions of dollars richer.
I have all the emails between you .......Richard Astrom of Florida and myself.
I also have all the phone calls (minus the first call) because I record these calls anytime I see this type of blatant red flag ..
The irony of this is that I am going to post this on ripoffreport.com....
Enjoy all that bloody , dirty money you knowingly receive from Richard Astrom and continue to help him make millions at the expense of unknowing investors.
