I bought a chain and charm from scott jewelry in brookyn ny for $7300. I got it checked out the same day and brought it to another jewelry they said its only worth around $4600 and the chain was used. I went back the next day to return it. When i walked in they were extremely rude and started yelling at me. I asked to speak to the owner scott Mittleberg. They told me to come back.
So i did 2 days later. I went there and his brother was there. Again i asked to return the chain and charm. He was being a completely moron and threatened me. Then scott came out the back acting like a tough guy with a gun on him curing me out telling me to get out the shop and again threatening me. The guy is a wanna be thug. I called the cops right away. The cops showed up and i told them what happend.
When i walked in the shop with the cops scott Mittleberg said he would break my teeth if the cops weren't here . The cops knew scott Mittleberg and they did nothing even after i told them he had a gun then Scott said get out my store before i shoot you and again the cops didnt do anything. Looks like the cops are on the take there and have been getting paid my scott for many years. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE ! They rip you off then threaten you after you bring try to get your money back !

Hi today i received a call from one of scott jeweler family member named jessy. He stated he wanted to try and make peace. (So he said) he asked me what can he do for me to take down the reviews. I told the only way was a refund. He said scott from scott jewelry at 1220 kings highway brooklyn ny would never give me one and he stated scott will come after my business and try to hurt them if i didnt take them down. Another threat made by these people. These people think they can over chrage people then they to shut them up by scaring them and threatening them.

Today i get a call from someone who knows us both. scott the owner of Scott Jeweler at 1120 kings highway brooklyn ny told him and i quote " i will send blacks to beet him up " These peope are bad news. Stay the hell away from them. There is a police report made on them and i will file another one on scott
