Botox robbery

Dear "Current Client"
If you read the complaint thoroughly, you will see that the issue was not a matter of MORE, but WHERE it was injected. In fact, fewer than 20 units can be administered to produce the desired effect of a brow lifted at the arch. Again, this was all explained thoroughly to the practitioner at the onset, and she insisted she knew how to perform the requested treatment. She sadly did not.
Jacqueline was not the person who administered the Botox. She was however, the one who refused to make the situation right, which is why she is losing clients.

I have been a patient/client of SRMS and Jacqueline has always been nothing less than the perfect professional and her skills are nothing short of amazing. I am always troubled by people who clearly do not understand the full nature of treatment. Of coarse your other dr "fixed" the problem you obviously need more Botox as they tried to explain to you. I highly recommend SRMS to everyone!
