SD Computers rips off hundreds on ebay with products they dont have in stock!!
SD Computers listed 10 Duron 950 machines, auction closed on 11/22. I bought one of these machines. A quick look at their history showed a high score, and just a few recent negatives.
This was to be a gift for my daughter's 16th birthday on 12/16. Seller said no more than 7 business days to ship. I even mentioned in my paypal payment that i needed it by 12/16. I got no information contrary.
Item never came. I emailed and got an answer on 12/7 saying it would ship week of 12/10. i told them again i needed it by 12/16, please rush. no response.
The item never came. I emailed repeatedly with no answer, and finally called on 12/17, now just wanting it here for Christmas! I had to leave all my info and was promised a call back within the hour. anotehr call on the 18th, 19th and 20th got hte same result. On the 21st i demanded to talk to the boss. he was "out" but would call me right back. No call came. finally he did call, at my home during the hours i specifically indicated i would be at work, and offered to ship me a lesser machine with a $5.00 credit, but NOT overnight delivery, no guarantee it would be here, no apology, and left it at a time where i couldnt possibly call back before he closed based on my schedule which i left clearly in each message.
If you read their profile SINCE 11/22, i'm not the only person trying to buy christmas presents who got ripped off! There are more than FIFTY similar complaints.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!! LOTS OF CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER 50 days!!!! WITH NO DELIVERY AT ALL!!!
