SD Wheel Corp Purchased a wheel tire combo on January 25, 2016. Two wheels were damaged and returned. As of today, February 29, 2016 , I still have not received my wheels. Customer service blames everyone except their company. do not ever buy a wheel combo from this company. The old saying, "if it's too good to be true, it probably is". Carol Stream Illinois
Horrible Customer Service. I was a repeat customer until this transaction. Do not ever buy a wheel/tire combo. My rims were damaged due to poor packing. I purchased the combo package on January25, 2016. The wheels were shipped on a pallet and as a result two were damaged. I called SD Wheel, and they wanted me to buy two more rims., and said they would give the money back once I returned the damaged rims. This was unacceptable to me. They agreed to take the wheels back. I have to spend money on packing materials, and transport the wheels to a UPS location. The wheels were received by SD Wheel Corp, and it's been three weeks and they still have not shipped me my new wheels. Again, do not buy a combo package, if they are damaged, you will be without wheels for a long time. As of this posting, it's been over 35 days since the purchase and still no wheels.
