Sea Fox Boats ripoff lemon boats fraudulent selling dealer Moncks Corner South Carolina
bought a seafox boat under fraudelent selling tactic.
boat was pushed on to me although i suspected damages
that were incurred in the sshipping. the evidence i saw
was putty smeared all around the side of boat.
the motor was mounted wrong, causing turbulence, cavitation!
i wrote e-mails to company & made numerous phone calls to
seafox. on the maiden voyage boat left me stranded & police towed me for two hours! sun burnt & vomiting by crew!
the problem was with switch & it was at the mechanic's for three months.the boat takes on water through the sides where putty was smeared on, if i look inside i noticed screws to connect the top & bottom are not connected, so that when boat hits waves water seeps in. i spoke with the dealer the seafox co. the bank to no avail. i took the dealer to consumers court & won the case but what seafox has done because i'm not the only victim is give the dealership away to another co.
i financed the boat & am refusding to pay anyymore because this boat is hazardous!

Sea Fox gave my boat ID to another boat that is already registered ! I can't use my boat. Sea Fox won't return phone calls . All of my hard ware is rusted because they use cheap hardware and screws. ALL KINDS of fiberglass defects, spider cracking is showing. Any one else out there having similar experience?
