My wife paid half down on this gem of a condominium to rent it for 2 nights. She arrived after hours to a dark parking lot. Once she got her keys from an after hours box she went to the room. There were roaches visible in the kitchen, as well as dirty linens with human hair on them, and what appeared to be dog hair all over the couch. She did not stay there and found other arrangements for the night.

She did leave the key in the night box with a note stating why she was not staying in the room. She went back the next morning and was given the run around and was told there was nothing wrong with the room, and they were not going to refund any of our money. This place is a rip off and should be avoided at all costs! Human hair, dirty linens, roaches, and poor customer service! Also, a phone call to an after hours number yielded no results, and we were hung up on.

First off this guest is reporting for a property that he did not ever reserve to stay at or even come to.
it was Maravilla Condos that he made the reservation for.  He did call the emergency number to report that the parking lot was dark and the room was not up to his standard and that he had secured a room elsewhere.  He was told to contact the business office during normal business hours as that line was strictly for emergencies.

He claimed that the unit had roaches and pet hair but did not give us the opportunity to even go and correct the issue prior to leaving the property.  The following morning he called and cursed out our employee and the housekeeping inspector did return to the property and found no evidence of roaches, pet hair or anything else the man mentioned.  It is obvious that he just didn't like the property complex and left then claimed all these terrible things.   The HOA does monthly pest control at the property and we've never had complaints about insects or rodents period.
