Lorton VA Sears Carpet & Service Cleaning told me that it is less than $90 over the phone to clean my air duct. Final bill is $2025. Sale person mislead and mis informed me to buy three UV lights. Which cost burning smell all over my town house. I had hard time to breath. I called right back to this company which is 703-738-0022. I was told that they can remove the lights but will not give me any money back. I also found that the sale person installed the light which is not the one he told me and charged me.
I was over charged. they will only refund me $150 difference for over charge me. But, I have to sign a form to give up my right. I called sears and no one is in charge of taking care of this complain. All I got from Sears is an e-mail written that case is solved and closed (which was few minutes after my complain to Sears). I thought "Sears" is a reliable big company. After I called several sears number 1-877-878-3695, 1-800-469-4663, 1877-827-8585, 1-877-878-3695 No result. It is a BIG RIPOFF
