Well Sears CITIBANK does subscribe to the NCA which is the national change of address. You have to contact them when you need your address changed or the NCA updates it for you. That is YOUR FAULT. Secondly Sears is not at fault over the dispute. We have to recieve money from the merchant that the charge was done through. The merchant has to be willing to give that money back. We can't magically make money appear to give back to you. The company it's disputed with has to agree to it. Secondly if you were really concerned customer you would have followed up on the dispute not just expected a credit for it.
