Sears holding Corp llc. Sears social media, kmart Took my money and refuse to refund it Internet Nationwide
I ordered two layways online in February. I payed them both off in March. Shortly after paying for them online I received emails stating that they were both canceled due to out of stock items. No big deal. I called them and asked when I would receive my money back. I was told 7 to 10 days. Well its been months and I have only received partial refund in a check from them. They still owe me $130. Now they refuse to return my emails and calls. I will never shop there again. when I call I am givin the run around about it and told they Will call me back. I never receive a call back. I just want my money back that they took without giving me the items I purchased.
