be very careful when dealing with sears home improvement services . make sure you get all prices for materials and labor in writing before signing any contracts.check all the prices for materials on the internet or home improvement stores.these people charged very exorbinate prices for every thing.example they charged over $900.00 for each toilet when they were approximately $200.00 to $250.00 at home depot.there were other charges even worse than that.
