I went to SearsPartsDirect.com to inquire about a bagger attachment for my 88 year old's mother's tractor lawn mower that my brother-in-law uses.  It is a Craftsman mower and I wanted to research it to find out if it was available to buy in a store.  The nearest Sears is over a half hour away and wanted to do my homework first.  Sears Part Direct kept popping up and I was available to "chat" with someone and ask him all the questions regarding the part.  I asked "Burton" if I could purchase the part in any store and he said NO.  I bellieved Burton and placed the order at the cost of $414.  My brother-in-law went to a Sears Store near him and they happened to have 3 of the bagger attachments available.  Their cost is $279.  I called SearsPartDirect.com and tried to cancel the order and of course it is already being processed and now have to wait until it arrives to send it back.  They did send me a return address label.  Burton was very unknowledgeable and I am frustrated with this process.  I will not shop with SearsPartDirect.com again.
