When your having probelms on returing items that are within the 90 days or 30 days return policy and they are not working properly or defective. you do not have to be charged any restocking fee/ usage fee. if you experience this problem sears has set up a dept called national customer relations @ 800-549-4505. you can call into them and they will contact the store to get the fee credit back to you and if the store general manager is unwilling you can go to the district manager then to the regional manager.

ok new policy procedure claims 30 days return. if product is damaged or is not working properly there is no return fee. this is only on retail stores and not on franchised stores. electronics as well as appliances, if you go to the store manager which the general manager you may get somewhere or simply reply to store manager you will go to chicago and they will definately make him change his mind. sincerely, employee
