Sears "blue ribbon" team the biggest rip-off that a monopoly can have. These guys sell you a defective product, send impaired "service people" out who know nothing, further damage the product and collect money and never resolve the problem. Then they send you to the "blue ribbon" team for abuse.

They say that they are from Texas but I think it is a lot further South than that. They are liars, cheats, immoral and unethical. The idiot that I got was "in training" and didn't come in until 2:00pm but just on "some days". He took at least 3 hours to get the complaint straight and didn't even get that correct. He was extremely abusive and incompetent.

Even when you post on other sites these guys have it all monitored to make sure you don't get your complaint posted. After my Mother passed away and I just forgot about the repair this guy continued to contact me to harass me and make filthy comments about me and my Mother. He even threatened to "terminate" me.

There should be a class action suit against Sears for this kind of conduct.  These cowards, liars and cheats are so empowered that they believe they can say or do anything to anyone and get away with it. if you can any number at Sears you will away end up in Texas and this team of n**i's.  never deal with Sears ever unless you love abuse.
