I ordered 8 toolbags for xmas gifts for the men in my family on Nov. 10, on Nov. 14 my account was charged, on Nov 16 I recieved notice that items had shipped and would be here in 5 days. I started calling sears on Nov 25, average hold time 45 minutes, average level of service 0000000000, 1 lady was even rude and asked me why didn't I bug UPS they were the shippers. I contacted UPS and found that sears had sent the shipping info but NEVER asked them to pick up a package. After 4 more calls, I finally got the person with a brain who put a trace on my order. On Dec 10th they cancelled my order with no notice and no refund. More calls, now asking for Supervisor, average hold time 1.5 HOURS, after 3 diferent supervisor calls money was finally returned to my account with many apologies.

I then made a second order this time to pick up at store (price changed every time I added the item to cart) so I called and nice lady says no problem "go ahead and order and I will fix it immediately" GUESS WHAT Happened, I was charged the higher amount and 5 calls later money has still not been returned

Sears used to be a synanoym for great service, but DO NOT COUNT ON any LEVEL OF SERVICE AT SEARS.COM

It has been horrible, I do not have time to spend 5-8 hours on the phone fixing orders that should have been right to start with

Not to mention, they messed up 1000s of orders this year, just imagine 1 months interest on the money they are holding while telling customers it will be refunded right away

Money was finally returned, way to late to help for holidays but did get returned. Sears lost a sometime customer in me plus we paid off and cut up our companies Sears credit card. So in the end it is sears who loses, my husband always bought way too many tools and i have been trying to get him to find a full service hardware,supply house where he could get his supplies as well as tools all in same trip I have spoken with at least 6 other people that had similar experiences with sears I hope Sears goes back to being just a high quality brick and mortar store because they have lost alot of business with their terrible attempt at a .com Brenda
