Generally the fee for delivery is non-refundable.... but that is only if its actually delivered. Untill the product is delivered, or if the product is never delivered...Sears can be sued over non-delivery and get a lot more than the delivery cost. NOn-delivery of product canceles the 'no-refund agreement. Signed brother of a lawyer.

As an ex-employee of Sears in their Home Delivery Office, I got this complaint numerous times on why the delivery is not refunded. It clearly states on the information the sales person gives you that the delivery is non refundable. Do I agree with that? No, I dont, as a single mom of 2 I know how important the $75 is but the only thing you would end up getting is a gift card for that amount.
