I contacted sears corporate in irvine and they were ablle to fix the charges and reverse the erroneous billing. I went through Steven in the accounting dept. and the supervisor said it would be taken care of. I been waiting 2 weeks now and my attorney says dont do anything yet. So far I think it will be corrected soon. I sent a letter to the truman billing address. A personal phone call is better than e-mail. I like talking to a live human being. Mike was the person I first contacted regarding my credit card account.
