Sears Rebate Promotional rebate ripoff refuse to send free shipping rebate after I have twice sent required proof Young America Minnesota
I sent required forms to receive a free shipping rebate from a Sears.com order. One was the confirmation email.
Twice I received a letter stating they want a receipt or packing slip(I received none) to process rebate. When I called the given number I had to tell them a receipt was not required (they seemed to not know what their rebate form said) and I had twice sent a copy of the email confirmation.
Of course, they claimed to have received nothing except the rebate form and would not even consider their employees were not reading the rebate form and did not know what to look for.
I feel this is a scam and employees are simply throwing away proofs. Once, maybe. But twice, no. The supervisor of the department tried to blame the US Post Office, anyone but his department.
When I asked to speak to his supervisor he refused to give me a name, or address and said he would not take phone calls.
