Seating Mind Scam - Ordered Chair May 7th - as of June 11th never delivered. First excuses - Now they ghosted me Elizabeth New Jersey
This company is a scam. I placed my order May 7. I was told there would be a delay due to covid and it wouldn't ship for 7-10 business days but they had it in the warehouse. I began contacting them after 10 bus. days and was initially given excuses, and finally told it would ship no later than Friday May 5th. I have emailed 3-4 times since then and they are no longer replying to my emails which included a request for a refund.
