I have contacted this company a multiple times in regard to an issue I had.
On Jan 23 (or 24thsometime close to that time frame), I attempted to make a reservation on their website that didn't go through. I got an error instead of a confirmation. I finally got frustrated and abandoned my effort.
I also never got an email confirming a reservation, and so I had absolutely no reason to believe that a reservation had gone through, TILL I got a call from the driver at the time when I was headed to the airport. I was already on my way, and there was nothing I could do at that point.
I tried talking to their dispatcher on my way to the airport and explained that I didn't even know a reservation existed. He forward the confirmation email to me AT THAT TIME (how does that help me?). He didn't have a manager at the time, he said he will ask the manager to call back. Nobody called back.
I was leaving for an overseas trip, and tried addressing this matter once I got back. I was charged for the trip, I found, and got no responses to emails sent, and submissions made on Seattle Towncar's website.
Interestingly, when I submitted my issue on their website, it actually revealed to me an email sent to this company by some other customer, showing me all the personal details of that person, like their email address, name, IP address, all their travel plans, information about their family, etc
I have never received any response from anywhere from them : not via email, not via your website, not via phone. Plus, as far as I can see, the fact that their website shows personal info of their customers is just a disaster waiting to happen. Some day, some of that personal information will get into wrong hands.
Seattle Limo's IT systems are broken. Don't leave your credit card information or personal information on file with them, even if you use them.
Certainly don't expect to ever get your emails, website contact requests, and phone calls answered.
