 Contacted E.Brent in November of 2015. He reviewed the seasoned Corp packages with me. We agreed to a price and I deposited funds into his checking account at the tail end of November. He stated that he entire process should be no more than 90-120 days. I was totally okay on the timeline. I didn't contact Erick until the tail end of February. He said that he was wrapping everything up and I should be closing by the end of Feb. that didn't happen. Called him at the end of March, and April, nothing happened. It is now May 24th, and still no response. (He did contact me once via texts And stated that it's just getting harder to get this done, and he will reach out at the tail end of the week. He didn't. ) We are now at the end of May, which is well past his 90 day deadline. The biggest mistake a small business owner can make would be to keep his clients in the dark. Mr Brent stated during our initial conversation, that all he has in this world is his reputation. He has definitely destroyed that with me. I do understand that the financial world changes daily, or sometimes hourly. All you have to do is update your clients. And if you are too overwhelmed with applicants, please hire a secretary or call service. I'm willing to proceed with Mr. Brent if he can deliver on his promises, but if I don't get a response from him, I'll be seeking legal action. Many of his clients can't afford legal representation, which might explain his lack of accountability. I'm sure that his CPN service works, along with his credit swipe programs, but not too sure about his Corp program. I don't recommend his service, due to the lack of communication.

The same thing has happened to my husband and I and at this point were frustrated and disappointed this has happened. Have you been able to get in contact with him or even an update.
